About Webafrica
Webafrica was founded by Matthew Tagg in 1997 as a web hosting company serving consumers and small businesses. Since then they have grown to be one of South Africa's biggest independent Internet Service Providers (ISPs), providing broadband Fibre, VOIP, LTE, and ADSL internet services, connecting tens of thousands of households and businesses across South Africa.
In 2005, the company entered the ADSL market with its 30GB for R199 special and rapidly grew its broadband subscriber base.
In 2012 they theyre rated South Africa's second favorite ISP, having first won the title of Best ADSL Service Provider way back in 2006. Since then they have been consistently rated one of SA's favorite ISPs.
With a team of roughly 150 who believe in going the extra mile for their customers, they provide excellent year round support and strive for 99% up-time on all services.
