Across the board Neotel is far cheaper than iBurst the larger the cap is. With a 10GB cap, Neotel's NeoConnect Prime is 6c/MB where iBurst is almost double at 10c/MB, and with a 5GB cap Neote'ls NeoFlex is 33% cheaper than iBurst.
It's worth noting that the smaller the cap is, the more you pay, and even with the lowest R/MB package, which is 5c/MB, it comes in only slightly less than SAIX bandwidth for ADSL, which can be had for as little as R59. The obvious advantage of both Neotel and iBurst is that there is no phone line rental and ADSL line rental, so working on a straight cost per megabyte vs. ADSL would skew results in favour of the wireless providers, especially with the higher-cap packages.
