Higher ADSL upload speeds free

Telkom has confirmed that its 4 Mbps DSL subscribers will be upgraded to higher upload speeds free of charge. Telkom recently announced that it has embarked on a pilot project to test the increased upload speed of its fastest DSL 4 Mbps product.
