Below we have a list of countries with the cheapest provider for each listed. The providers are Skype, MTALK, Vox, Neotel and Telkom. Now of course Neotel and Telkom are plain old telephone providers, while Skype, MTALK and Vox are VoIP providers, so the comparison is very much in the VoIP providers' favour, but it's interesting nonetheless.
Surprisingly Neotel comes out far more expensive than Telkom in many cases, and only a few countries are cheaper to call from Neotel than from Telkom.
